You will be screen-sharing a virtual version of campus using the links below. They are sourced from here. You're gonna start with Academic College, specifically clicking on the college on the leftside bar that corresponds with your session. Then you'll move on to Campus Life. You should have both tabs open, or you can switch off with another ambassador.

Launch your session on VisitDays 15 minutes before the tour. (The 15 minutes are built into your scheduled work hours.)
You'll discuss who's going to share screen, who will begin introductions, and the order of the route with whoever is assigned this presentation with you. LC will provide screen-share access. You should also enable closed captioning (instructions below).
When guests begin to enter, the LC will set tour expectations. You should also mingle with the guests and get to know them as you're waiting for people to stream in.
After about five minutes, or if everyone registered is present, you can start by introducing yourself: “Good Morning/Afternoon, My name is __________ and I’m a _____________ Major. I’m from___________ (City/State) and a proud member of the class of 20__! GO COOGS!”
Start Academic College, THEN Campus life (have both links pulled up). LC might stay and help out with the tour, or they will hop out for their other responsibilities. You might choose to have one ambassador share screen for the Academic College, and then switch off to another ambassador for them to share screen for Campus Life (in case having two tabs open takes up a lot of RAM on your computer, and/or you just might like this flow better)
After the tour, stop sharing the screen and take a few minutes to get any last-minute questions.
We also use the last bit of time to encourage guests to fill out the tour evaluation, which will automatically be sent to their emails.
Set up your Zoom account for closed captioning – one time only:
1. Log into your Zoom account
2. Click settings on the lefthand bar
3. Select “In Meeting (Advanced)”
4. Check the “enable live transcription service to show transcript on the side panel in-meeting.”
Turn on captions (each visit)
1. Launch meeting as you/your students normally would
2. Hit the live transcript button at the admin bar.
3. Hit “enable auto-transcription”
Currently, these presentations are under review by the Enrollment Services Marketing Team. However, once admissions requirements are finalized and added, these presentations will be used at the beginning of the college specific tours. Reviewing the content in these presentations will help you give better tours. You must especially become familiar with the content for your specific college as you will give that presentation most frequently.
