Artist Statement

I like playing with color. A stroke of blue in the face of a human is unexpected. I like keeping things interesting. Why not make the piece three dimensional with some wood or nails? I once heard someone say “art has no rules.” I take this statement very seriously.

Hi! I'm Abbey. I received my Masters degree in Art Therapy from Lesley University. Although I am not currently working in the field, I have not strayed far from my paintbrush. When I turned 30, I finally got my dream dog - a yellow Labrador retriever named Radcliffe.
