4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas, 1 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt, 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), 1/2 cup granola, 1 banana, sliced, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional), fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
