Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Bake

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

8 oz (about 2½ cups) farfalle or penne pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste
