Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp (cooked & chopped)

2 ripe avocados, diced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste
