Brownie Sundae Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Brownie Base:

1½ cups crushed Nilla Wafers (about 45-50 cookies)

6 tbsp powdered sugar

6 tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar
