Raspberry Lemon Heaven Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup fresh raspberries. For the Lemon Cream Frosting: 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened, 3-4 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1-2 tablespoons milk or cream (if needed)
