1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup whole milk

1 (3 ounce) box strawberry Jell-O

1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed

25 Golden Oreos

1/4 cup salted butter, melted

Fresh strawberries, sliced, for garnish
