In Year 9 and 10, there are several engaging Religious Education electives that students can study at Marian College. Students must select at least one Religious Education Elective each year.
You can select one or more of: Faith in Action, Heroes and Saints, My Morals My Conscience, Wonderful and Diverse Beliefs, Does the Bible Really Say That…?, Shaping our Society, Awaken the Spirit. The electives on offer provide a range of pathways to Senior Certificates.
Students can participate in a range of voluntary experiences that can provide opportunities to build practical skills. Their knowledge of the importance of religious understandings and their roles in shaping human and societal behaviour is also be developed.
Please note that the elective Shaping our Society is highly recommended preparation for VCE Religion and Society and Does the Bible Really SayThat…? is highly recommended for VCE Texts and Traditions.

All Year 12 Students participate in the school-based 'Living Justice Living Peace Program'.
