Victor is a laid-back but socially awkward individual who often struggles to communicate with others. Conversations don't always come naturally to him, leaving him to rely on bad jokes, awkward remarks and an endless supply of random facts to fill the silence. Despite his difficulties around people, Victor is perfectly capable when left to work at his own pace. He can perform tasks without much trouble until someone starts putting pressure on him. Being rushed, watched or suddenly expected to perform can quickly throw him off, causing him to become anxious and struggle with things he would normally have no problem doing. This can make Victor seem less capable than he actually is. Give him some space and he'll usually figure things out eventually.
