"Don't waste my time."

Richard is a proud yet strict parent who holds his son to incredibly high standards. In his eyes, simply being good isn't enough, if his son has the potential to be the best, then Richard expects him to strive for nothing less. He takes an active role in his son's development, coaching and supervising him closely in an effort to push him toward greatness. Richard also keeps a watchful eye on the people his son surrounds himself with, believing that the wrong influences could stand in the way of his success. Though his methods can come across as demanding and overbearing, Richard's expectations come from a genuine belief in his son's potential.
