RULER OF ORDER

"Without order, there is chaos."

Owen is one of the Rulers responsible for maintaining order within the Temple. Though he is not technically above his fellow Rulers, his position often gives him the air of someone in charge. He works closely with Poppy to establish and enforce the rules that keep things from descending into complete chaos. Where Poppy is more concerned with the reasoning behind their rules, Owen takes a more direct approach. He is the one making sure those rules are actually followed.
