Tina is one of the oldest Rulers, overseeing one of the Universe's most fundamental forces. Her role has earned her immense respect, with many looking to her as a figure worthy of reverence and worship. Yet despite the weight of her responsibilities, Tina remains deeply fond of people. She values patience, forgiveness and understanding, often encouraging her fellow Rulers to approach others with the same gentleness she believes they deserve. Time has allowed Tina to witness countless beginnings and endings, but she does not claim to know or control every possible future. Even for a Ruler, some things are simply too vast to bear. Rather than treating the future as something set in stone, she understands that life is shaped by both the passage of time and the choices made within it.

Tina has long, flowing white hair that falls across one side of her face, partially obscured by a golden cloth wrapped gently around her eyes. Her halo and large hoop earrings share the same warm golden tones. She wears a soft cream bodysuit with a raised turtleneck and voluminous, off-the-shoulder sleeves, each accented with delicate golden trims. A flowing piece of deep golden fabric is fastened around her waist with a matching belt, its buckle marked with a triangular symbol. Two golden rings float around her right thigh, while her bare legs are wrapped in mismatched lengths of golden ribbon that trail down her feet, forming delicate, sandal-like coverings.
