Rosie is one of the softer-spoken Rulers. She holds a deep affection for the countless beings she has helped bring into existence and finds it difficult to accept that even the most cherished lives must eventually come to an end. Unlike the world as we know it, mortality is not an inevitable part of life within Rosie's creation. To Rosie, every life is something worth preserving, no matter how small or fleeting it may seem. Her fascination with what lies ahead is shared by her love of watching life unfold. The possibility of knowing every joy, every sorrow and every ending is both beautiful and frightening to her.
