RULER OF PRINCIPLES

Poppy is one of the more strict Rulers within the Temple and works closely with Owen to maintain order. While Owen focuses on ensuring that established rules are followed, Poppy is more concerned with the principles behind them. She is responsible for adjusting and reconsidering the principles she and her fellow Rulers believe are necessary for life to thrive. Her strict nature can make her intimidating to those around her, particularly when someone knowingly disregards the rules. However, Poppy does not enforce principles simply for the sake of control. She genuinely believes that certain foundations are necessary for individuals and society to coexist and flourish.
