BECTU need to hear of any additional waivers, changes to agreements or health questionnaires that you are being asked to sign as extra conditions to your employment
Any such postponement or suspension will last for an initial period of up to three (3) weeks (“Initial Suspension Period”) and during the Initial Suspension Period the Crew Member shall remain exclusive to the Company.
During this period the Company shall not be obliged to pay the Lender the Crew Member’s fee and holiday pay shall not accrue.
If the Initial Suspension Period continues for more than three (3) weeks then the Company may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect by paying one (1) week’s pay in lieu of notice.
