Overworking increases the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke, but can also impact workers’ mental health, among other issues. But these serious side effects of overworking do not receive as much attention and are rarely discussed.
Each agreement explains and stipulates rest breaks, including lunch, daily, and where appropriate, weekly breaks, and the penalties for infringement.
