1 Meetings

All participants agree that students meetings are forbidden at the moment due to the Covid pandemic.

Maybe there is the chance for a (final) teachers meeting in early summer 2021.

2 Extension

The two Catalan teams are more in favour of extending the project for another 6 months, the two German teams more against that. We agreed to leave the decision open for the time being. The coordinator will find out about the official deadline for applying for an extension. Then the group will take the final decision in another chat.

3 Projects ideas and activities

As there isn’t the chance to do any ‘live’ activities in the social sector right now (due to Covid restrictions) we have to find different ways for social engagement suitable and possible for our students.

Christmas time will offer some good opportunities such as

• Christmas cards

• Christmas gift boxes

• Christmas calenders

• …

We will get into contact with social institutions such as elderly people homes (and/or kindergardens, hospitals, etc.) to find the best ideas to meet local neighbourhood needs.

• Many more ideas are possible.

• Best is when ideas come from students directly.

• All activities should go to the website/twinspace

4 (final) products

For the period from January till April 2021 each team will prepare a final product in our field

(similar to “10 tipps for a successful meeting” → “How to …”)
