Draft "Introduction." This should be about two short paragraphs. The first contextualizes what the lab is about (what question are we asking? Why is that question important or interesting?). The second glosses what we're doing to answer the question (what is the basic structure of what we're doing in the lab to answer the question? What was your initial hypothesis?). For now, write this as you would naturally write for an English or History essay. We'll return and discuss style differences at a later date. Due 10/23 (D Period) or 10/24 (E Period)
Homework: Organelle Homework, Due 11/2 (E Period) or 11/6 (D Period)
More Homework: Draft Discussion Section. Due 11/7 (E Period)
About 3 short paragraphs expected. What do you want the reader to notice about your results? What does this show about your hypothesis? Was your hypothesis supported or falsified? Explain. What is left to be done? What more needs to be tested? What might that look like?
