So as it turns out from about halfway through 2022 Juridisch Loket decided to stop accepting cases via email (form). Instead, you can only do phone calls or have a physical appointment. This is a big problem for me because of a multitude of reasons;
Humans are inherently less capable of understanding situations conveyed if told versus if read. Notwithstanding that legal cases are naturally complex situations therefore the difference in understanding the situation between if told versus if read is so large it essentially determines your legal fate on the basis of the person at Juridisch Loket would understand you, not the case itself.
I as a person with autism struggles with conveying information if told. Words will keep on floating in the ether, neither landing with me nor with the person from Juridisch Loket. The consequence? My case is not accepted because Juridisch Loket does not understand me. What is extra aggravating is that they are not willing to admit that this is because Juridisch Loket has changed the way how information is being conveyed effectively sabotaging me and punishing me for having autism.
Email is traceable and holds absolute truth in the Netherlands in the legal sense. What is written down shall be done or has been said. Phonecalls and physical conversations are untraceable and although that is perfect for Juridisch Loket's plausible deniability reasons, it leaves citizens like me with a very ambiguous Juridisch Loket that overpromises and under or worst no-delivers.
The solution is simple, submitting cases via email(form) has to be reinstated to its former glory.
