So the story about the social care fraud committed by the 'ex-team' had one more nasty side effect. Apparently, they found it acceptable to threaten me with reporting me to the social housing commission which would result in losing my roof above my head if I didn't obey what the ex-team wanted me to do, which was incriminating myself and complying with the healthcare fraud they have committed.
What makes the story all the more aggravating is the fact that there are no protections for the people like me who are forced into a housing covenant on the prospects of otherwise staying homeless and then it turns out that the social care workers reign supreme and their word is the law.
The social housing commission was unwilling to stop the housing covenant and required a new social care worker. But I lost trust in this covenant because it has holes that should be fixed first. Nobody is stepping on a boat that has holes in it you can see from the outside. This stalemate kept on going for more than 9 months until the timer of the housing covenant ran out and by law it had to be changed into a regular house rent agreement, eliminating the clause a social care worker was mandatory.
Housing covenants should plug their legal (loop)holes and provide serious protection against bad behavior / acts of social care workers. Social care workers that threaten to report their clients should automatically be sanctioned because it's not up to the social care workers to report their clients.
The reason why that happened is that the covenant allows it. What should happen instead is that a client can't be evicted from their house under whatever kind of circumstances. Because at no point should homelessness or the prospect of it become part of the reality that the client will be in.
