Q: How long have you been teaching? 

A: This is my 6th year teaching.

Q: What college did you go to?

A: I attended Texas A&M in College Station.

Q: What do you teach?

A: I teach Science or IPC which stands for Integrated Physics and Chemistry.

Q: What is your inspiration to teach?

A: When I was little, I taught some swimming and ballet lessons. I had really enjoyed the experience. In college, I gave a class on environmental issues. When the time came to look for a job, teaching came to mind.

Q: What is your favorite travel destination?

A: I would really like to visit Western Europe. 

Q: What is your favorite subject?

A: My favorite subject is science. In general and school-wise.

Q: What is your favorite hobby?

A: I like to do my own nails and playing video games.

Q: Do you own any pets?

A: Yes, I own two dogs and two cats.

Q: Are you a sports fan? If so, what is your favorite team?

A: I am not really a sports fan.

Q: Where have you lived?

A: I grew up in Harlingen, moved to College Station, and moved back to Harlingen.

Q: Have you ever won an award? For what? Which are you most proud of?

A: Yes, I have. The award I am most proud of was a grant I received in college.  This was awarded to me because I was a woman in science with good grades.
