Creating specific technology manuals to include audio, streaming and small meeting room screen operation will create redundancy and allow all event service team members to step in and provide an astonishing meeting/classroom experience for students, faculty, staff and community members.

The goal of the Employee Services (ES) department is to support the entire Rio community. Including staff, faculty and adjuncts, who in turn provide direct support to our students. All ES department websites provide important information and resources to those in student-facing roles who work to increase equitable completion of student goal attainment. The ES department includes Human Resources, the Employee Engagement and Resource Center, Faculty Services as well as Course Scheduling and Adjunct Pay.
