The Vice President's of each division will help craft and approve the teams.
Each department is expected to participate on a team.
Some teams will consist of a single department working on goal together, whereas others teams will be a combination of departments working together on the same goal.
In addition, some teams will work cross-functionally across multiple divisions.
This is a team effort; the goal is to not have anyone on a team of 1. 4DX is focused on making commitments and being accountable to others.
Please note: If you are a large team, you may want to divide your team up into smaller teams. You will still all be working on the same goal/RIO/WIG, but each of these smaller different teams will be achieving your goals (the how) in different ways.
Each team will have a Team Lead and at least one coach
Please contact employee.engagement@riosalado.edu if you are not sure what team you are on or who your team lead or coach may be. We can assist with this process.
If have identified your team members and team lead, please submit this 4DX Rio Team form.
Please note: you do not have to know who your coach(es) is/are to submit this form.
Rio Salado College leadership has developed and selected 3 Strategic Goals for the college.
The most updated RSC 3 Strategic Goals can be found on the 4DX @ Rio home page.
Each team will select 1 of the 3 Strategic Goals that they will align their team RIO/WIG to in order to be more effective.
