WIG: ID will apply an internal QM rubric to 8 courses by 7/2025, and provide recommendations for course improvements.

Lead Measure 1: Each Instructional Designer (ID) will review 8 selected courses, focusing on a specific/same QM standard and enter findings into a shared QM rubric.
Lead Measure 2: In scheduled working meetings, the entire ID team collectively shares findings and participates in group discussion of course development opportunities. This increases collaborative information sharing, learning from peers, and exposure to different styles and methods of instructional design practices.

WIG:Implement a comprehensive Community & Engagement roadmap for 2024-2026, designed to integrate equity, engagement, inclusive teaching, learning strategies, and thorough assessment and evaluation throughout our campus. This roadmap will direct our efforts to enhance inclusivity institution-wide, ensuring that progress is diligently monitored and detailed annually in the DEIB report.

Lead Measure 1: Training Completion Rate: Track the percentage of staff and faculty who complete training sessions. This measure ensures that everyone at your institution is receiving ongoing education on equity and inclusion, which is fundamental to changing campus culture.
Lead Measure 2: Engagement Metrics in engagement Initiatives: Monitor attendance and satisfaction rates in related events and workshops. This measure helps assess how engaged the community is with the initiatives and can guide adjustments to increase involvement.
Lead Measure 3: Assessment of Campus Climate: Annually review existing climate surveys to gather data on how safe, respected, and valued all community members feel. This feedback is crucial for identifying areas that need improvement and for tracking changes over time.

Lead measure 1: Student Life & Leadership will develop, market, and conduct in-person, virtual, and hybrid educational opportunities, programs, and initiatives for students to engage in co-curricular and extra-curricular opportunities to develop their academic, leadership, and networking skills, a strong sense of belonging, and futures thinking abilities.
