This includes an initial summary of how the 4DX process will work specifically at Rio Salado College.
Discipline 1 Video

Dr. Aaron Coe and Christin Franco review Discipline 1, which focuses on "What" you want to achieve.
They review the importance of the Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) / Really Important Outcomes (RIOs) and how to create the best goal for your team.
It also includes short videos from FranklinCovey that help dispel common myths about creating your WIG.

Dr. Aaron Coe and Christin Franco review Discipline 2, which focuses on "How" you will achieve your goals.
They review the concept of Lead Measures (the how) and how to test and find the best one for your team.
It also includes short videos from FranklinCovey that help test the lead measures and ensure it has the greatest impact on the Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) / Really Important Outcomes (RIOs).
