INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITATION
To capacitate researchers and advocates to produce research proposals, output or other advocacy activities which may lead to research production or a result of a prior research work or as mandated by the University, CHED memorandum, and other related laws or government issuances.
To serve as standard in the conduct of research capability building activities (RCBA) to ensure easy facilitation.
This procedure starts from the submission of proposals/requests, evaluation, and review of activities by the institute, request for Special Order, implementation of the program up to the submission of the Post-activity reports. This process manual shall be adopted by the research institutes under the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, Planning, and Development.
Research Capability Building Activities (RCBA) - are activities, which include research training, advocacy campaign, and other programs that are meant to enhance the abilities of researchers, faculty members, administrative employees, students, and other stakeholders of the University as mandated by law and other government issuances.
RCBA Record - refers to letters and other attachments relevant to the event including registration forms, evaluation forms, and a copy of S.O.
RCBA Output – refers to data gathered, research proposal, and other research product as a result of RCBA.
RCBA Materials – are lecture and other advocacy materials used in the RCBA.
