Outreach Program Coordinator1. Assists the Chief in the planning and implementation of the community-related activity/outreach programs in the partner community.2. Conducts Needs Assessment before the implementation of a project/activity;3. Conducts impact assessment for every conducted activity within a specific period after the implementation;4. Mobilizes the faculty, administrative employees, students and other members of the partner communities to be part of the Outreach Program.5. Performs other (unit’s related tasks as deemed necessary.PUP Day Care Centre Coordinator1. Ensures the safety of the Day Care Centre.2. Receives Weekly reports from the Day Care Teacher.3. Approves the Daily and Weekly activities of the Day Care Centre.4. Submits Monthly and Quarterly Reports to the Chief.5. Organizes GAD-related programs for the employees and beneficiaries/stakeholders of the University.6. Coordinates with the concerned Colleges and Administrative Offices for the programs of PUP Day Care Centre.7. Supervises the Day Care Teacher.8. Performs other unit’s related tasks as deemed necessary.Day Care Teacher The teacher shall supervise the supplemental care, monitor the nutritional growth and development of the students under her care. These activities are provided to the children to stimulate their growth, cognitive development, cognitive skills development and values formation of the children. Moreover, specific functions of the Day-Care teacher before, during and after every session are also stipulated: Before the session:1. Meets with the parents to discuss the objectives of the PUP Day Care Centre, its operations and the staff’s responsibilities.2. Identifies activities for the children.3. Prepares the profile of the children based on the center’s checklist for evaluation purposes.4. Prepares Daily Lesson Plan.5. Arranges toys, art materials, and other materials needed for the planned activities.6. Keeps the center clean, comfortable, and safe and order for the children.During the session:1. Conducts the morning and afternoon sessions according to the session plan previously prepared and patterned after the Weekly Program Activity Guide with a single theme/ goal/ objective.2. Observes and records the performance of each child in the center.3. Gives first aid whenever necessary and refers the child to the University Medical Clinic immediately.4. Keeps program materials, supplies and equipment safe for the children.After the session:1. Assists and prepares the children in the dismissal2. Reports to the Coordinator about children with behavioral problems and cooperates in handling the child while in the center.3. Keeps children’s records, prepares reports and maintains files of the same as well as correspondences received and sent out.4. Reports and updates the Coordinator in the daily activities of the center.5. Performs other related tasks for the unit if needed.
