This company Intoxalock has cause me a great deal of stress and hardship due to deceptive business practices, extremely poor customer service, faulty equipment and unreliable technology. I have tied to resolve these issues myself directly with the company to no avail. I am requesting assistance from the MA AGO from help in resolving this issue.
