400g (2 blocks) firm tofu, pressed and scored
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dark berry jam
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
Score the tofu diagonally.
Combine soy sauce and smoked paprika. Brush the mixture onto the tofu.
Mix maple syrup, mustard, balsamic vinegar, berry jam, garlic powder, and salt.
