1 ripe banana, mashed
¼ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1 cup rolled oats (sprouted, gluten-free)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Flaky sea salt (optional)
In a bowl, combine mashed banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and peanuts.
Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if desired.
Let cool before serving.
