For the Cookie Dough Layer:
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Make the Cookie Dough Layer:
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Press the cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Melt dark chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
Combine melted chocolate with the peanut butter mixture.
Pour the brownie layer over the cookie dough layer.
Top with additional chocolate chips and flaky salt (optional).
Freeze for at least 1-2 hours, or until set.
