1 cup flaxseeds
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon seasoning of your choice (e.g., curry powder, garlic powder, cumin)
Boil water in a saucepan and remove from heat.
Add the ground flaxseeds and any desired seasonings to the hot water.
Stir well until a dough forms. If the dough is too wet, add more ground flaxseeds
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3mm.
Use a cookie cutter or a lid to cut out circles.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Place a wrap on the pan and cook for 1-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Once cooled, fill the wraps with your desired fillings.
Some ideas include hummus, falafel, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and chili.
