Creating a new Form on the App
Forms in eWalk can be named different things depending on your setup. When creating them, they can be referred to as templates, walkthroughs, forms etc. These are all interchangeable terms for documents within eWalk. The name eWalk refers to electronic walkthrough (Sometimes spelled Walk-Through).
Classroom walkthroughs are a form of instructional leadership, and an integral tool for the professional development of educators. Typically they require a school leader such as a Principal, Vice Principal or Administrator to visit classrooms in order to view instructional practices and how the school is running. These observations are then followed by a meeting with the observer and the teacher of an observed classroom for professional feedback.
In addition to walkthroughs, eWalk is used for:
Formal Staff Observations
Final Evaluation Summaries
Principal/Admin Evaluations
Facilities and maintenance checks
School/Student Safety and Incident reporting
and more
Nearly any type of form can be created as a template in eWalk for data collection and reporting. If you would like assistance with creating any additional forms for your system, please feel free to reach out to us at mxsupport@harriscomputer.com
