Record of Activities tab
The Record of Activities tab shows all forms and walkthroughs grouped by staff member and broken down by category and period. For schools that configure a workflow for a View (from Build > Views > Workflow button) this screen will provide some additional features such as showing a warning for any overdue documents.
A - This allows you to filter out certain individuals based on their completion status. By default you will see everybody and you can toggle to view only people with overdue documents or those with missing required documents. If you are using eWalk for formal evaluations, you can filter between staff whose evaluations are complete versus incomplete for that school year.
B - This is where you can switch between school years or custom time periods.
C - This is the colour legend which displays the status of the documents.
Red indicates the period is closed and no further forms can be created.
Yellow indicates overdue forms (The date a form becomes overdue can be set by the system administrator).
Green indicates the period is active and forms can be created.
D - Click on the name of the form to open it.
E - This displays the date completed (End Date). These fields can also show signature dates.
F - You can view any required forms that are missing here. If they are displaying in red, this means that the period is closed. If displaying in green, you can click on 'Optional' or 'Required' to create a new form in that category.
