Project Title: Training Excellence Officers in the UAE (Excellence Diploma)

Project Overview:
In collaboration with the American University of Sharjah and SKPG, I successfully managed and completed the Excellence Model Diploma training program. The initiative aimed to develop the competencies of government officers in applying excellence models and frameworks within their respective organizations.

Through this program, approximately 100 officers representing various UAE federal ministries and departments were trained. The course provided a comprehensive understanding of organizational excellence principles, including performance management, continuous improvement, and leadership excellence aligned with national excellence frameworks.

Key Deliverables and Achievements:

• Successfully delivered the Excellence Model Diploma training program within the planned timeframe.

• Ensured high participant engagement and positive feedback, reflecting the program’s practical value and relevance to government excellence initiatives.

• Contributed to strengthening institutional excellence capabilities across multiple federal entities in the UAE.
