Who I Am

I am an experienced Excellence and Strategy Consultant, with a long-standing record of leading and managing organizational transformation projects across the public sector, private sector, and banking industry.
My work focuses on helping organizations achieve sustainable success through structured excellence frameworks, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

My Professional Journey

Over the past two decades, I have directed comprehensive re-engineering assignments encompassing:

• Internal Audit and Risk Management

• Corporate Strategy and Governance

• Human Resources and Organizational Design

• Process Optimization and Service Innovation

In the banking sector, I had the honor of serving as Project Manager for establishing the Syria International Islamic Bank, leading its foundational setup, operational framework, and governance systems.

In the public sector, I have led numerous Excellence and Award-preparation projects across the region.
During my tenure as Senior Manager in the Corporate Excellence Department at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), I directed key excellence initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment with EFQM, DGEP, and other international excellence frameworks. These efforts contributed to strengthening DEWA’s performance culture and positioning it among leading government entities.

I combine analytical thinking with practical implementation, helping organizations integrate innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation within their excellence journeys.
