Throughout my career, I have led and managed numerous Excellence and Organizational Development projects across different organizations and sectors — including my work with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), The Housing Bank for Trade and Finance (HBTF), and other leading institutions in the region.
These projects focused on achieving institutional excellence, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing organizations for national and international excellence awards based on various excellence models and criteria.
In these initiatives, I applied my own Six Elements Storytelling Approach (SESA) — a structured method that connects strategy, execution, and results through evidence-based excellence narratives.
