In 2024, I was honored to receive the EFQM Lifetime Excellence Award, a prestigious recognition that acknowledges those who have consistently gone the extra mile in the name of excellence. This award was presented to only 35 individuals worldwide, highlighting their significant contributions to the excellence journey over the past 35 years.
