Project Title: JSC – Excellence Model Project
Role: Project Manager
Project Overview:
The project involved the design and implementation of an integrated Excellence Model for the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC). The model was developed in alignment with the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency and the EFQM Excellence Model.
As the Project Manager, I led the initiative to customize and embed excellence principles within JSC’s organizational structure, processes, and performance management systems. The project aimed to enhance institutional capability, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and align the organization’s operations with internationally recognized excellence standards.
Key Outcomes:
Developed and implemented a comprehensive Excellence Model tailored to JSC’s strategic and operational context.
Strengthened the Commission’s performance management and governance frameworks in line with EFQM principles.
Supported capacity building through training and internal assessments to sustain continuous improvement.
As a result of the project’s successful implementation, JSC was awarded the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence.
This initiative reflects a structured and evidence-based approach to achieving organizational excellence, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining global excellence frameworks with national award criteria.
