For About four decades, I have worked across government and private sectors, helping organizations achieve sustained performance, innovation, and excellence.
My work combines a deep academic background with extensive consulting and leadership experience — guiding institutions toward continuous improvement and future readiness.
I hold a Ph.D. in Business Economics and am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
I am also a certified expert and assessor under the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), reflecting my dedication to institutional excellence and sustainability.

Leading the Excellence Department, I manage strategic portfolios under the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), the Global Star Rating System, and international models such as EFQM and the Deming Prize.
My work focuses on service improvement, performance enhancement, and innovation alignment with Dubai’s Government Excellence vision.
2009 – 2020 | Amman, Jordan
As Managing Partner, I led numerous organizational development and excellence projects across the region.
My focus areas included strategy formulation, self-assessment, process improvement, and leadership development — helping clients align operations with global excellence standards.

As Executive Manager for Business Development and Product Management, I was responsible for managing and developing the bank’s retail and corporate product portfolio, covering credit cards, debit cards, current accounts, savings accounts, time deposits, and related financial products.
My role also encompassed research and development (R&D) functions, focusing on the creation, enhancement, and innovation of banking products and services. I led efforts to identify emerging market trends, design new financial solutions, and continuously improve existing offerings to meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
Through a strategic and data-driven approach, I contributed to expanding business opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing the bank’s competitive position. These efforts supported sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and the long-term development of the bank’s product portfolio.
