I led this project during the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020 to Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in its Nineteenth Cycle 19th for the 2021, the project designed to:

1. Prepare to the “Elite Category” which is reserved for Organizations locally or globally based who proved to show World Class results with Leading Global Benchmarks which helped them win Similar Renowned International Awards in Excellence.

2. The gap analysis between the requirements and   What DEWA adopts.

3. Many Improvements has been done such as the change management approach, the agility framework, and development of DEWA ecosystem.

In the Nineteenth Cycle (19th) of the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) conducted virtually in January 2021, DEWA proudly secured the prestigious Elite Award with an unprecedented score of 850, marking the highest achievement in the history of the award.
