Description: The EFQM Global Excellence Award stands as the pinnacle of recognition for organizational excellence on a global scale, boasting the most rigorous assessment process worldwide. It acknowledges organizations as exemplars of excellence, characterized by a consistent history of superior performance and sustainable outcomes.
Leading the project with my team, we undertook the comprehensive preparation for this esteemed Award. Our responsibilities encompassed the preparation of the application, development of the concepts booklet and results booklet, leader readiness, self-assessment, and the compilation of necessary evidence. During the closing meeting presentation and the subsequent feedback report, DEWA achieved remarkable success.
Deliverables: DEWA emerged triumphant, securing several notable achievements:
Becoming the first organization outside Europe to receive the award.
Attaining the award on its inaugural attempt.
Garnering the highest score range of 750-800, affirming DEWA's exceptional performance and commitment to excellence.
