AI4AFI (AI for Areas for Improvement) is an innovative system that automates the entire cycle of managing AFIs (Areas for Improvement) derived from assessments such as DGEP, EFQM, and internal mock evaluations.

Objective:

To ensure AFIs are effectively acknowledged, acted upon, and resolved in alignment with organizational strategy and best practices.

Key Features:

• Integration of AI with AFI data collected from multiple sources (DGEP, EFQM, surveys, and internal assessments).

• Automated evaluation of each AFI action plan against best practices and organizational themes.

• Smart progress verification — the system assesses the actual versus reported progress and recommends accurate completion percentages.

• Intelligent feedback generation — AI drafts advisory notes and follow-up emails for AFI owners, suggesting missing actions and improvements.

ProAct AI (Proactive Action & Evaluation System) automates the evaluation and monitoring of excellence-related project action plans.
It aligns with digital transformation directions and the principles of performance excellence and continuous improvement.

Objective:

To leverage AI for dynamic evaluation of project performance, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and agility in execution.

Two-Level AI Evaluation:

1. Task Level Analysis

   • Compares planned vs. actual progress.

   • Reviews deliverables and provides automated closure or corrective feedback.
