Description: As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the project, I collaborated closely with all the criteria teams, imparting knowledge about the 4th Excellence Generation. My responsibilities included delivering awareness sessions, conducting gap and readiness analyses, organizing excellence camps for preparation, and aligning capabilities and results with the requirements. I carried out self-assessments based on the criteria within the assessment domains of core business, innovation, smart government, and human capital. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing the main presentation, reviewing other presentations, and overseeing all applications. My role as SME also extended to the Dubai Medals, Joint Service, and initiatives for disabled individuals.
Deliverables: DEWA has been honored with the pioneering entity award, achieving a world-class classification. It is the first organization in Dubai to receive this distinction. Additionally, DEWA has triumphed in four other categories, including the innovation award.
