Description: The team oversaw initiatives and projects for the 2015-2016 improvement cycle at Dubai the Model Center. Six main initiatives were managed during the cycle: the new Service (Green Charger), the innovative Internal Cooperation (Single Point of Contact), Customer Collaboration (DEWA Smart Center), Pioneering Initiative (Al-Namouse), Partnership with the private sector (Tayseer), and Joint Service (Baitna Mithali - Ideal Home). Additionally, the team handled all 21 categories within the model.
