DGEP 2021

DEWA is classified as Elite Entity in the DGEP and participated in the Assessment conducted in February 2021. during 2019 and 2020, I led this project to prepare for the assessment and implemented improvements based on the 4G criteria. Following are some key deliverables of the project that developed and implemented by me as project manager and DEWA team:

• 6 Elements Story telling methodology: I developed this methodology to unify the story telling about DEWA in 22 themes such as strategy, Governance, HC..etc. The 6 Elements include, the KPIs achievements and Trends, how results achieved, Pioneering position of the results, future fit and sustainability, and the impact of the results.

• The Impact Results List: more than 140 impact extracted from reports that issued by local and international agencies such as the World Bank Doing Business report, and the UN Competitiveness report. all impacts connected to the results to show the contribution.

• Elite - Categories, Partnership, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, and Agility: Development of the frameworks and results capabilities matrixes and the story.

DEWA achieved Five Awards with outstanding scores:

1. The Elite Category

2. The Best entity in Emiratizations

3. Three individuals Awards, the Specialized Employee, the Young Employee, and Unknown soldier.
