Project Name: DGEP 2016 (the New Excellence Wave program)

Description:  Directed the NEW Excellence Wave program, encompassing 44 development projects, in preparation for the DGEP Excellence Award cycle of 2016. Additionally, the program involved preparing individuals across 12 categories and various administrative sectors. 

Fostering a culture of excellence was a key objective of the project. Throughout the program, two cycles of internal awards were initiated. Additionally, DEWA participated in over 25 international, regional, and local awards. 

As a result, DEWA secured six awards in the 2016 cycle, including the top category.
