Meet The Lyme Monsters
Linden Hu at Tufts University is responsible for the major studies the IDSA/CDC uses to refute the existence of chronic Lyme disease and therefore, the need for treatment. He also is the focus of this "Take A Tick To Lunch" article.
And who originally helped Hu get some Lyme related funding? The shameful IDSA's "mouth piece", Edward McSweegan.
In 2016 a publication by Linden Hu and Gary Wormser stated and concluded:
STATEMENT- "The search [for Lyme related studies] yielded 3550 articles for diagnosis and treatment and 752 articles for prevention. Of these articles, 361 were reviewed in depth."
NOTE- Of the total 4,302 articles the authors reportedly found in their search, they still only based their conclusion on 361 of those articles. When entering "Lyme" in the PubMed search bar, 13,111 articles appeared (7/15/18).
The authors did not include, as is similar to what happened in their highly disputed 2006 IDSA Lyme guidelines, over 12,000 Lyme related publications listed in the US National Library of Medicine. In fact, the majority of articles referenced in their 2006 IDSA Lyme guidelines included articles by the IDSA guideline authors themselves, their staunch supporters and/or the CDC who has supported them for decades and who also stands to profit from Lyme related tests, patents, vaccines, etc.
CONCLUSIONS 2016- "Evidence is evolving regarding the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Lyme disease, HGA, and babesiosis. Recent evidence supports treating patients with erythema migrans for no longer than 10 days when doxycycline is used and prescription of a 14-day course of oral doxycycline for early neurologic Lyme disease in ambulatory patients."
NOTE- What do you think the new IDSA Lyme guidelines will recommend for treatment of Lyme disease? Consider the fact the above message from Linden Hu and Gary Wormser is quite clear and it was published just recently and before the new IDSA Lyme guidelines are due (past due) to be released.

Over 17.32 MILLION DOLLARS To
Linden Hu At Tufts University!
And- there have been only 46 publications related to the 99 grants over the past 18 years. The words vaccine, vacination or vaccinia were used 29 times in the grant's project titles. (This vaccine money was given to Hu, et. al. around the same time the original LymeRix vaccine was removed from the market.)
And- some of the IDSA 2006 Lyme guidelines authors (32 x), Sam Telford (23 x), Marques (2 x) or Paul Mead of the CDC (4 x) are listed on these grant related publications with Linden Hu.
And- IDSA Guideline Authors- Steere (14 x), Wormser (8x), Klempner (6x) and Strle (4 x) were also listed as coauthors on Linden Hu grant related publications.
And- it is customary for Universities to take a chunk of the grant money given to researchers. Grants were issued to Linden Hu for projects at Tuft's University (92 x).
Tufts University is where the next IDSA Lyme guidelines are being finalized. The Northeastern University (2 x) & FoodSource Lure Corporation* (5 x- for a total of over 3.5 MILLION DOLLARS) also were listed in Linden Hu's Lyme related grants.
I sure wish chronically sick patients could have some of that 3.5 MILLION DOLLARS that Linden Hu and FoodSource Lure Corporation, et. al. got for the fish/animal bait! The President of FoodSource, Steven Wisdom- an experienced fisherman, must be having some fishing fun these days!
*FoodSource Lure Corporation (located in Alabama, reporting to have 1-10 employees)- products include mealworms, food sticks, earthworms, spear tail worms, goliath grubs, flat tail grubs, swirl tail grubs, swirl tail grubs, ribbon tail grubs, minnows, trailer baits, jumbo shrimp tails, salmon eggs, big cat meals, catfish bites, carp candies, fat caterpillars, cut bait, saltwater cut bait, saltwater minnow, bloodworm bits, leech, saltwater ribbon tail, saltwater shrimp tail, bloodworm, crappie creature, craw chunk, and mini salmon eggs.

NOTE- For wildlife bait you can buy a bushel of corn for $3.50, or 50 pounds of corn meal for about $10.00 (retail). You can buy a 50 pound block of salt for about $5.
Linden Hu's 3.5 MILLION DOLLARS in federal (tax-payers) grant money given to Linden Hu and FoodSource Lure Corporation will pay for about a million bushels of corn (8 bushels of corn will feed one person for one year), OR 17,500,000 pounds of corn meal, OR 35 million pounds of salt to use as bait to attract wildlife.
NOTE- Fall of 2016 article indicating how many baited "mouse houses" are needed per acre (4 bait traps per acre). Source
QUOTE- "When mice eat the bait, they become infected for a few days and develop immunity against OspA. This will prevent them from ultimately becoming infected; or if they were already infected, prevent ticks that feed on them from becoming infected." Source
QUOTE- "When mice eat the bait, their whiskers will fluoresce under a fluorescence microscope." Source
