Activity - Baseline Fitness Activity: Shuttle run, planks, push-ups (track data in Google Sheet or on paper).

Activity - Mini-Lesson: SMART goal definition (projected or video); teacher shows examples of the 4 Steps (Fingertips, Make an L, Flick Your Wrist, Follow Thru).
Time - 5 min
Activity - Partner Work: Students draft SMART goals using template.

Activity - Share & Reflect: Post goal summary on Jamboard or Padlet.
